BikiniGirl.com, it's representatives, advertisers, employees and related individuals hereby represent themselves as specifically a "referral service" only, BikiniGirl.com is NOT AN AGENCY, no fees or compensations are due for booking models, and BikiniGirl.com in no way guarantees or oversees the actions of any Client, Model, Agent, Member or Visitor. Independent Agents & Models will present their own terms and act on their own behalf. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are responsible for acting in accordance to applicable laws. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are solely responsible for overseeing projects and representing each Model in a professional, legal and honest manner. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are responsible to provide and maintain active email and address for correspondence, contacts and invoicing. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are required to notify BikiniGirl.com by email PRIOR to booking any Model represented in any of the BikiniGirl websites. This is done by viewing the Booking Application in the "contact" areas of the BikiniGirl websites. Credits & Fees : All fees are waived by BikiniGirl.com unless negotiated otherwise and agreed to by BikiniGirl.com. Agent, Sub-Agent, Photographer(s) and individuals shall willingly compensate Model(s) for time, efforts, travel expenses, associated costs, fees, wages and reimbursements. Advertising fees shall be paid by photographer or Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) to BikiniGirl.com for displaying castings or promoting agency, castings or other events on the BikiniGirl.com website. Agent agrees to display "Models Referred by BikiniGirl.com" (or comparable statement) in all printed or visual credits associated with applicable castings. All Agents must provide BikiniGirl.com wit proof of valid agency license, insurance and identiies of all employees and participating in castings. It is our intention to develop long term relationships with our models, agencies and the people who hire them and for this reason this agreement shall apply to all current or future bookings, castings, and roles provided by any Client found, referred or directly or indirectly resulting from the existence of the BikiniGirl.com web site or directly or indirectly resulting from the existence of any Model, Agency, Advertiser, Member, Sponsor or Visitor found due to the existence of the BikiniGirl.com web site. Liability: Employees & Represetatives, of any participating Agency, Agent, BikiniGirl.com and Other websites direclty administered by BikiniGirl Network, it's agents, employees, owners, guest and investors will not ask Model(s) to pose in any area or position which would potentially cause a injury. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) agree to not do anything which could endanger themselves during the shooting, promotion and production of BikiniGirl.com and Other websites direclty administered by BikiniGirl Network projects. Agent(s) assume full responsibility for any injury which occurs during the filming, production or associated activity concerning hiring a Model or employee, agent, owner, guest or investor associtated with BikiniGirl.com. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are required to secure proper insurance and to provide adequate protective security for Model(s) at all times, locations, meetings, and events associtated with the hiring said Model(s). Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) agree to not hold BikiniGirl.com and Other websites direclty administered by BikiniGirl Network, it's agents, employees, owners, and investors and location owners, managers, and personnel liable for any injuries which may occur during the shooting, promotion and production of BikiniGirl.com and Other websites direclty administered by BikiniGirl Network projects. Contest Participation : All contests and pageants BikiniGirl.com sponsors are subject to a "minimum participation" clause whereby all costs incurred by BikiniGirl.com, it's advertisers, representatives and participating models must be recovered directly from such participation prior to any winning monies or prizes being awarded. It is the sole descretion of the management of BikiniGirl.com to withdrawl from such events at any time. Personal correspondence between Agent, or any related individual of Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) and Models, Members, Visitors or Advertiser is prohibited and will result in exclusion from service. BikiniGirl.com reserves the right to refuse any Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) for any justifiable reason and will contact legal officials and prosecute any person who misuses this service. These terms are subject to change and Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are responsible for viewing the most current terms posted in the contact areas of the BikiniGirl websites. Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) are responsible for keeping in contact with BikiniGirl.com should email address change and shall check current terms before applicable bookings are made.   Termination of membership privileges will result from not following the terms of the "Agent and Photographer Terms & Agreement ". Do not represent yourself as an Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) or employee of the BikiniGirl network at any time. Do not conduct a photo shoot in a non-public place without an assistant and always require any Model(s) to be accompanied by a friend with an operational cell phone. A minimum $1,000 penalty will be collected for any illegal actions committed by Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) and/or Agent(s) and/or Photographer(s) Representatives towards any Model or Representative of BikiniGirl.com or for any action that places a Model in danger. All Identity, Internet tracing and IP data can and will will be made available to Police and F.B.I. for unlawfull actions.
